Questions Teachers Ask Us

Straight answers.

I've never done sales. Can I really do this?

Yes. We provide a short onboarding, simple materials and direct team support. You start by showing teachers a product you have used yourself. The strongest applicants are comfortable beginning conversations, asking questions and following up.

How and when do I get paid?

15% of every subscription you bring, paid monthly, calculated on money actually received. Our prices are public on our website, so you can work out your earnings yourself. You'll see your referrals and earnings transparently. Money only ever flows to you, joining is free and there is nothing to buy, ever.

Is this one of those multi-level things?

No. You earn commission on product sales only, never on recruiting other people. Regional Teacher Leads mentor new partners, but their income comes from customers, not from the people they mentor. We put this in writing because you're right to ask.

Can I do this alongside my full-time teaching job?

That's exactly the design. Teacher Partner has no hours, no quotas and no meetings. A conversation in a staffroom counts as work. Most partners spend 1 to 3 hours a week.

When does fixed pay start?

When you step up to Regional Teacher Lead by bringing in steady sales. You can stay part-time and keep teaching. Full-time Teacher in Residence roles add a fixed salary, commission and company shares.

What are company shares (ESOP)?

An Employee Share Option Plan gives you the right to own a small part of AIDE AI. If the company grows in value, so do your shares. It is how early team members share in the success they help build. Details are explained in your offer.

What if my country isn't listed anywhere on this page?

Teacher Partner is open in every country. If teachers near you mark Cambridge or Edexcel papers, you can earn with us. Full-time locations will grow over time, and Regional Teacher Leads in new markets are first in line when they do.

Do I need to use AIDE AI before applying?

It is not required, but it is the best preparation. Mark one set of papers on the free plan at learningaide.ai. In the application, tell us what earned your trust and what did not.
